As you all know, RML has rededicated itself to being The Best there is in 2016 and in the future. So it should come as no surprise that we were named a winner for the Nashville Business Journal’s 2016 Best Places to Work, presented by Pinnacle Financial Partners! That’s because we believe that in order to be The Best, we needed to start at “home,” right here in in our offices in Nashville, Gallatin and Knoxville.
This is our firm’s second year winning the award – but with a boss like Rocky, how could we not win? After all, Rocky’s got our backs the same way he’s got all of yours: with passion, with enthusiasm and with joy. Besides, there are some pretty cool things about working for RML that you might not know about:
- Our “cold weather cookouts” let us dream of spring and summer a little more easily
- You can’t feel down when Rocky’s singing at the top of his lungs (and making sure you are, too!)
- Rocky puts family first, and he encourages us to do the same – especially at the holidays, and when our families grow
- We’re probably the only company that has a better time celebrating Boss’s Day than our boss does
- There are certain members of our team who wait all year for “Sandwich Day,” an endless buffet of delicious sandwiches provided by Rocky himself

We knew we couldn’t be The Best for all of you if we weren’t The Best here at home, and together we have created an atmosphere where everyone wants to come to work.
